Terms of use
These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of an electrical job. Work is agreed separately, when we give you the price.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by Dargavel Contracts Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (SC627255), registered office in Bishopton, Renfrewshire, director Gary Campbell. Contact is by 07920 875838 or dargavelcontracts@gmail.com.
Using the site
You are welcome to read these pages and to get in touch about work. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse it, or copy its contents for another business.
The photographs
Every photograph here is of work carried out by Dargavel Contracts, and the pictures, the wording and the design of the pages belong to the company or to whoever created them for it. They may not be reused elsewhere without permission. The properties shown are private homes and premises, and they are photographed as examples of the work only.
What the site is, and is not
The pages describe the kinds of work we do and show examples of it. They are not a quotation and not an offer to carry out work at any particular price. Nothing on the site forms a contract, and sending the booking form requests a visit or a call back rather than confirming one.
Any price for your job is the one we give you, by message or in person, once we know what the job is, and that price, with anything agreed alongside it, is what governs the work.
Availability and reviews
Service lists, hours and coverage areas describe the usual position and can change with how busy we are. Reviews quoted on the site are reproduced from Google and MyBuilder and are the words of the customers who wrote them, with MyBuilder usernames shortened to a first name and town.
Ratings and review counts were correct when the page was last updated and will drift as new reviews are left.
Accuracy
The site is kept as accurate as reasonably possible, but it is a small business website and it is not guaranteed to be complete, current or uninterrupted. If something here looks wrong, phoning us is the fastest way to find out where you stand.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, liability for loss arising from use of this website, or from reliance on anything on it, is excluded so far as the law allows. Liability for electrical work itself is a matter for the contract for that work, not for this page.
Links out
Where the site links to another service, such as Google, MyBuilder, Facebook or WhatsApp, that service is not under the company's control and it is not responsible for their content.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version is always the one on this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
